By clicking "Paper Status Printout" in the upper right corner of the "Paper Registration" section in MIS, you can download data to review your preprints and published papers.

• When Co-authors from KIAS Register a Preprint
If co-authors from KIAS have registered a preprint for the same paper, you just need to add "Author ID." However, only authors of the initially registered preprint or administrator can make modifications, so please contact the library for assistance.
• 고등과학원 내 공동저자가 preprint를 먼저 등록한 경우
같은 논문의 고등과학원 내 공동저자가 preprint를 먼저 등록한 경우에는 해당 논문의 “저자ID”를 추가하면 됩니다. 단, 해당 데이터는 먼저 등록한 preprint의 저자나 관리자만 수정이 가능하니, 도서관으로 연락주시기 바랍니다. - Question Cases Where SCI Publications Aren't Searchable

• Cases Where SCI Publications Aren't Searchable
Sometimes, even if a paper is published in an SCI journal, it may not immediately appear in searches due to the time lag in indexing by Web of Science or indexing errors. In such cases, please manually input the paper under "Others" in the Paper Registration section. Registering under "Others" is still acceptable for recognizing personal research achievements. However, to ensure accurate statistics, please inform the library of such cases.
• SCI 학술지로 출판이 되었음에도 검색이 되지 않는 경우
SCI 학술지의 출판된 후 Web of Science로 색인되는 데 걸리는 시간 차이나 색인의 오류로 간혹 검색이 되지 않는 경우가 있습니다. 이 때는 먼저, 논문등록의 출판 논문에서 “Others”로 직접 입력을 하시기 바랍니다. Others로만 입력을 하여도 개인의 연구성과로 인정받는 데에는 문제가 없습니다. 다만, 정확한 통계를 위하여 이 경우 도서관으로 해당 논문 서지를 알려주시기 바랍니다. - Question Paper Citation Policy (논문 사사 정책)

• Paper Registration: Research Affairs - Paper Management - Paper Registration
This menu is for registering research outcomes during your tenure at the Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS).
Before publication, papers should first be registered as preprints. Once the paper is published, it can be registered under "Publications" at the bottom of the screen.
• 논문등록 : 연구관리(Research Affairs) – 논문관리(Paper Management) – 논문등록(Paper Registration)
고등과학원 재직 기간 동안의 연구성과를 등록하는 메뉴입니다.
출판 전 논문은 preprint로 먼저 등록을 한 후, 해당 논문이 출판되면 화면 아래쪽의 출판논문(Publications)으로 등록하면 됩니다.
